With a Planning Study completed in 2022, the Inner Loop North project has moved from conceptual design into the engineering design phase. During this phase, additional studies and investigations are being completed to determine final project details, such as identifying what form pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure will take and how traffic flow may be modified. Parallel to engineering, the City is developing more detailed plans for what new redevelopment and green spaces may look like. There will continue to be extensive opportunities for public feedback on all aspects of the project. At the conclusion of design, the project will go out to bid, a contractor(s) will be selected, and construction will begin. Construction will be phased over multiple years to ensure limited impacts to residents and businesses that rely on the Inner Loop for access.

MOBILITY AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
